FAQS

  • All sessions will be scheduled using our Calendly link provided after purchase of a membership.

  • Recurring payments occur on the date of sign-up. For example, if you sign-up on the 6th of the month, you will be charged every 6th of the month.

  • To change your membership status you must notify us by email at pac.perform@gmail.com at least 7 days prior to your monthly renewal date. Otherwise, membership will be charged as is for the following month.

  • Any unused session DOES NOT rollover to the next month. Sessions can be used in any combination during the month. They don’t need to be used in any specific way. PAC Performance will make exceptions in cases that we can’t fulfill our duties for any reason!
